    Annabel Koh Wilson
    FOUNDER

Through a remarkable personal journey, Annabel knows first-hand what it takes to recover from deep trauma and discover fulfilment and purpose in life. Having dedicated years, and substantial resources, in search of answers, truth, wisdom, and healing, across many different modalities and schools of thought around the world, Annabel has found one truth above all: true, lasting wellbeing can only be achieved through a holistic, root level up approach. Annabel draws from over 20 years experience, in sectors across consumer products, luxury goods, leisure, and technology, where she has worked at senior management level at multinational corporations and medium size enterprises, and senior and founder level at start-ups, to bring holistic wellbeing into our everyday lives. Growing up, living, and working across Asia, Europe, North and Central America, with an MBA from London Business School, a BA from University of California, Berkeley, and decades of practical, real world experience as a parent, wife, sibling, daughter, friend, business owner, senior manager, colleague, supplier, and client, Annabel brings her unrivalled insight; blending logical frameworks with a human approach, for effective wellbeing tools that can be easily incorporated into the hubris of our daily lives, and not just practised within the sanctuary of a retreat. Annabel lives in London with her two children, continues to be a conscious seeker of knowledge and expansion, and is a firm believer in a comprehensive, holistic approach of mind, body, soul connection and balance in health and wellbeing. She is deeply motivated by empowering and enabling all individuals and communities, to live happy, healthy, connected, lives of purpose, meaning, and fulfilment.
