Had a bottle of the Tempranillo which was good. The place is very cute and the food was delicious. Situated a stone's throw from Victoria Station, Kazan serves authentic Turkish food. The chicken thighs was a less substantial dish but extremely flavoursome. Our waitress Roxanne couldn't have been more friendly and helpful.
